Please feel free to discuss any questions or concerns you may have with program staff, as we encourage open communication between parents and staff. The manager and program director are responsible for ensuring that DCPCDC and child care standards are followed and that parent issues and concerns are addressed. 

If you feel that your concerns are not being addressed/resolved or your concern involves the manager please feel free to address the issues with the program director. If issues involve the manager or program director and you are unable to satisfactorily resolve these please feel free to enlist the assistance of our Licensing Officer at Vancouver Coastal Health. 604-983-6787.
